Great stay

Great apartment, was spacious, clean and modern. They have the most attentive staff at breakfast & in reception, some of the nicest people we have met in Vietnam. The facilities of the gym and the pool are amazing, a huge gym with so much equipment and we even had it all to ourselves for both days we used it. The pool is also a nice place to relax and get away from the hecticness of the city.

There was some building work going on that was a bit noisy

clean, modern and spacious hotel room for work travels.

very friendly staff, very good cleaning, excellent breakfast, great facilties in room (e.g. washing machine for longer travels), great facilities at gym and pool, excellent services at reception. During my stay, the staff were always very helpful.

the only thing I did not like is not about the hotel itself, but the construction noise from a next-door large construction site, digging and shaking all night till 3 am for a few nights. But I understand it was NOT the fault of the hotel, as the construction was not on the hotel's premises.

- Great rooms. Spacious and comfortable. - Location was convenient - We were leaving very early the next morning and they allowed us to order a takeaway breakfast. A huge lifesaver.

- A bit of a smell in the shower when you turn the tap on.

After spending so much time in places like old and french quarters which were great for tourist purposes but hectic outside when you are tired and just want to shower and sleep. The location of The Five Residences kinda feels secluded at night which is much needed after a long day. The beds and bedding were super comfy.

Can't fault it. Just fabulous!

This was the perfect location for us. Not in the middle of the busy city, but still easily accessible to everything. To get to the old town you would have to: E.g. take a taxi 20 minutes. The apartment is large and comfortable and the hotel has a nice gym. The breakfast is first class - with excellent coffee

5 Star facilities at an affordable price in a great location

The facilities in this hotel are very good. the staff were all very professional. The food was very good, my family ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at different times during our stay. The leisure facilities were excellent and the location was really good to get around the city. The room was very clean and comfortable and the WIFI was excellent all the time. I will defiantly stay in this place again.

I could not fault any part of the people, location or facilities. All aspects of this hotel are definitely 5 stars
