Excellent stay for Gir

Nice, enjoyable property. Good food, staff and amenities.

Small feedback: 1. Toilettries' dispensers in the bathroom were a bit hard to use. One of the three had hence come off from the wall by previous guest). 2. shower gel used is very 'soapy' such that it does not clear off easily. Rather, it takes lot of water. shower area floor tends to remain slippery, hence dangerous.

Exceptional stay admist nature. Kindly maintain the same.

The Fern Hotel is located nearby Gir National Park. We stayed here as we had booked lion safari. We really enjoyed the stay. Room are palatial type- very neat and big. Bathrooms are maintained very well. Food was good. Lush greenery everywhere. Its like staying admist nature.

Our family stay was comfortable. The resort is very green, clean and perfect for a leisure stay. The location is good that the main attractions are closeby. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, clean toilets, and a spacious balcony. The food was of good quality and taste with a spread of options to choose for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resort had several planned complimentary activities for fun. The highlight of the resort is the service. The staff is very welcoming, courteous, polite and kind (Special mention to some of the members who made our stay comfortable: Jabil, Ashraf, Atif, Pooja) The staff go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place. We would love to visit again soon :)

Very nice eco-friendly stay

A very eco-friendly resort. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, everyone in the resort was very friendly. Was helped via WhatsApp also to book safari permits and answered questions through there too.

One waitress made a mistake twice when ordering food due to communication problems.
