It was very pretty but at face value.

I didn't enjoy the dates rooms, the huge incidental fee, ours was 600, we had to check in twice so that was 1200 dollars. The rooms were outdated, dusty, moldy, people threw dirty diapers out their windows so the view was diapers with a bit of pool. Our first room had poop stained towels. The food was underwhelming, overpriced and they attempted to give us $21 dollar spoiled, slimey shrimp (there was no way of missing it.) I think the apathy felt towards guest was telling. Constantly being informed that the whole was in debt and in need of a rich bail out, didn't help to set the mood. The final nail in the coffin was that the pools close at 5 pm and then you're bored out of your mind or locked in your hotel room. I have no interest in ever returning unless there's a huge turnaround. It's a shame. It's a shame I wasted my honeymoon throwing money away.

Not worth it

The infraestructure is great, the water park is amazing.

The room was not very clean, the rooms are not well maintain, the stairs ( yes, I took the stairs because I do not like elevators) were old, the painture awful and they were dirty. They did not give us a map ( the told us to download the app). Servers at restaurants were not gentle.

Very good

The property is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was very clean. The rooms at the Coral building could definitely use an upgrade.

The food is outrageously expensive and in my opinion, not worth the price at all. Not really that many options, other than quick bites around the pools and extremely overpriced restaurants for dinner.

Good for a few days.

Aquarium, dining options and pool/beach aide amenities.

Not very accessible for strollers which is tricky. Room balconies not safe for young children. Dining facilities for Children were limited with low amounts of high chairs and cutlery and plates of suitable size. Additionally kids menus were mainly junk food so food options VERY limited for children. Lacked child playground for variety of activities and clubs were only for 3years up. Annoying that some restaurants were closed.

I was upgraded to the Royal the day before my booking, and it was lovely, the staff was cery attentive, always willing to help out, the place was beautiful, it was definitely paradise.

I loved everything, it was just perfect, it was a dream to be there.
