Brilliant, one of the best hotels I've stayed in lately.

I have stayed At a few places and this is over of the best. The room and facilities are great and while it's"unmanned" when we did have a request it was met really quickly. I'm definately starting here again.

We booked a studio, which has a different meaning in NZ. We expected something more spacious. The room had only a skylight ( stated in the fine print). When we asked to move, the staff was very accommodating. Thank you

Homely hidden gem in Dunedin, would come back again for a longer stay.

I really enjoyed the room. Was kept clean and tidy and was very comfortable and homely feeling. Check in/check out was very straightforward and easy thanks to the directions given to me by the staff. Really enjoyed the bedroom, it was surprisingly very dark and very comfortable to sleep in. I like how affordable it was and we were very surprised by the quality of the room we were getting.

The bathroom door handle was broken and we were a little bit concerned when opening and closing the door but other than that, we enjoyed our time spent there.

It had a close proximity to town

We were staying in the attic room, the shower had obviously mould in lots of places the extractor fan also needed a clean

Overall, a wonderful experience

We never experienced no contact check-in/check-out before. It went smoothly! The room was perfectly located for us - downtown near everything we wanted to see:)

Wish there was parking provided by the hotel. We got a parking ticket:(

Good value for money fir this stylist place.

I love the style/ design of the place, location but our master bathroom was very tiny. Overall a great place to stay

The limitation of plates/ glasses/ cutely maybe just 1/2 more will b great plus having a few more kitchen tools like one more pan/ salad bowl/ coffee maker and a flower vase. Also the communal areas ( loft and 1st floor) were closed during our stay And we had no Cleaning lady services that were provided when I booked the hotel.
