Disappointing

Enjoyable stay rather like Faulty Towers.

Location for a meeting with friends. The quirkiness of the hotel and its owners.

Its faded elegance is far too faded. It has almost faded out.... The funny rules that are all for the convenience of the owners and are inconvenient for their guests.

Highly recomme deExcellent for anyone needing to stay in and around Manchester

Great location, lovely decor throughout. Very friendly staff and just a really nice experience! I'd highly recommend.

The kettle in the room was a little tired and not the best, but that's nitpicking!

Very good

Budget place to stay.

Good location, nice room, very big. Plenty of hot water and towels. Clean and quiet location.

Bathroom was very cold at first but after turning the heating on it warmed up. Heating did go off early in the morning but it just made us pack quick.

Needs electrical attention.

Great location, plenty of parking nice warm room. Clean and well thought out

Our room had lots of extension leads that didnt work, tv wouldnt work and adaptor was over heated. Would have been nice to know about the extra charge for cooked breakfast.

Poor

Unfortunately I couldnt stand in my room because the ceiling was so low, so I decided to move to another hotel where I was more comfortable. There is a sign on the bed that says youre not allowed food in the rooms, which would have been good to know beforehand. It would have deterred me from booking a room.
