Will definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool.

Stayed here to attend a party at Liverpool provincial club not far from the hotel. Was in a great location for this and only a short taxi ride away. I normally stay in chain hotels but this was closer and cheaper so went with this. Exceeded my expectations, very clean, very friendly staff (I always find scousers are very nice friendly people) and things in the room that I would have expected from a more expensive hotel.

I was very happy overall. Nothing stuck out as a dislike.

True Liverpudlian friendship & welcome

Arrived to a really good welcome, thanks Becky! Shown to our room, nice bed, good shower, tea& coffee making facilities readily available :) Without prompting we were offered another room as the we were told that they thought that the bathroom was too cold ! Now that's looking after your guests imo ! Location-wise, a stone's throw away from Anfield. The hotel rooms are bijou without a doubt, but cast that aside, it sits on the corner of a terraced street and take in the welcome and friendliness - top job.

Room size - but there's not a lot that can be done about that.
