Very good

Great location. Comfortable bed, very clean room, effective heater that was not noisy! Pool/courtyard-facing room so we heard very little traffic noise. Nice staff.

Although advertised on the hotel sign and booking.com listing, the spa was out of order and the pool heater was not working (so pool was quite chilly, although tolerable for a couple of quick laps) Manager said these would be fixed the day after our stay. Loud footsteps in the room upstairs.

Disappointing

My stay wasnt okay and I wont be goin back there

I liked the pool but didnt use it. The television was nice.

There was no microwave, the water barely got warm, was very noisy the first two nights. The guy that checked me in was very rude.

Had an excellent experience at the aqua Pacific hotel!

From start to finish, the process of check-in was amazingly easy. Also, I really enjoyed the jacuzzi facilities! They were top notch and so are all of the staff employees! I thank you again.

Disappointing

On overnight stop to facilitate getting from one place to another. Wouldnt rush back !

It was clean

The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was soft and was lower at the head end, 3 pillows for 2 of us. Room door didnt shut properly as the frame was coming apart on the hinge side. The window blind had numerous slats missing meaning no privacy. Very noisy throughout the night

Modern but not quite right

Everything in the room is modern. The location is 15min walk to either the boardwalk, beach, or downtown.

Bathroom too small. We got a dirty, stained towel. The smart TV wasn't logged into anything. Also wasn't a regular TV.

The bed, the shower. The Queen room (bigger bathroom). The staff was very nice.

The open layout (wind/cold/noise in the hallways). The King room had a smaller bathroom and it was not practical to get in the shower. Some slats of the blinds on the windows were broken in 2 of our 3 rooms which made it uncomfortable to change in the room with the light on.

Underwhelming and low value

Quiet, walking distance from all attractions.

Average room (facilities and cleanliness, mine smelled like cigarette smoke). Cards de-magnetized and someone tried to enter my room at 1 am. The area did not feel safe to walk at night. Low value for money compared to other hotels in the area.
