Nice staff I guess

Apparently you cant book Gojek from the hotel because they dont allow it in that village. They want you to use their drivers and spend 35$ AUD to go to the airport instead of 12$ AUD with Gojek . feel like they should be mentioned in the apartment description. I felt bad getting my cheap rides with Gojek because I wasnt following the rule that the lady laid out when I checked in about transport.

We will never return to this property ever again.

The staffs are all nice and helpful.

The bungalow was located separately from the reception building. We had to walk at the side of the main road (Padang Linjong road) with staffs dragging our luggage for about 20 meters from the reception building, then had to enter and pass someone's garage first to be able to find the entrance of the compound. Also, this property has hidden regulations that they did not inform in the web. 1) That there would be extra 3% surcharge if we paid by credit card (which the staff informed a day after our booking confirmation). 2) When we had checked in, the staff informed us that guests are not allowed to order pick-up car transportation from online transportation apps such as Gojek and Grab. She mentioned that it was not their management rules but village regulation. However, this thing should be informed in the web so people may consider this before making a booking.

Perfect - everything you need and more.

We booked our holiday the day we flew out. Communication from staff was next to none and when we arrived the apartment itself was amazing. Everything you could ask for. We booked the one bedroom apartment with private pool but my sister booked the room with the plunge pool and for the price you really cannot go wrong. Location of the apartments are amazing and you can access many restaurants and the main strip by foot. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Canggu. The staff are amazing- nothing is too much for them. We also had a personal issue on the last day of our trip and the staff went above and beyond for us and cannot thank them enough.

I will go back there.

the bed was firm as I like it, very clean. The room is large and the patio is perfect to chill. I asked for an extra fan, they brought it in a couple of minutes. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and smiling. I often cross the security guy during my stay. Location wise, it's perfect.

The water from the shower easily goes outside of the shower, so the bath mat is wet before you exit the shower
