Great hotel and great stay. A breakfast buffet would be the only wish

Great, near perfect hotel: ticks all the boxes to feel good. Gym and swimming pool are very well designed. Simple, comfy, clean high standard.

No breakfast buffet, which we think is important to give a cosy feeling. There is a breakfast menu, but we would prefer going out.

Horrible.

We had no heat in the room and hotel refused to compensate us for a terrible night. They supplied us with a space heater so we were either too hote or cold all night. Said they would do nothing as we had booked through Booking.com. Offered us breakfast as compensation. Utterly unacceptable.
