Thankyou 'The Albert' team, you run an exceptionally fine boutique hotel, our stay was awesome!

The room and bathroom were spotless and had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. The attention to detail and touches such as nightly biscuit treats, tea variety, great espresso machine supplied with pods, fresh drinking water daily, great sized mugs for tea/ coffee, peace and quiet and great breakfast/ bar if you needed it. I had a personal request which was kindly and efficiently handled by the manager. I would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Sydney wanting a luxurious, quiet and centrally located base to return to after a full day out. Thankyou Albert team, you are exceptional.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Will be carefully choosing which room if we stay again.

Breakfast was good and not overpriced. The fittings in the room were of good quality and the hotel interior decorating had been done with a great deal of thought and attention to detail. Although we didn't try anything, the mini bar was well stocked. Housekeeping was very good.

The room itself was very small and disappointing because it was not in the heritage part of the hotel. It was half below ground, not particularly private and smelled musty when we first entered the room. We had a downpour of rain and the very tiny balcony got completely wet and was unusable. We were attending a wedding, which was the reason for the stay, and there wasn't enough room to hang up our clothing, nor was there enough room for a luggage rack or anywhere to unpack except the floor and then we had to step around our bags.

Friendly boutique hotel, nothing was too much effort

Location and quietness, friendly staff

I had to do some work from the hotel and there is no desk to work at. Also struggled with place for my clothing. I was living out of a suitcase and working on the bed. The room allocated to me for the 5 days was too small to fit a desk.
