Location to Metro was convenient

The staff was very friendly. The complimentary sundry and folded towels was a nice touch. Location was close to the Metro, made travelling to Universal Studio and other tourist sites easier. Room was a very good size for a family of 4 and enough seating in the room so that we aren't always sitting on the bed. Beds are comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and safe worked. The requested iron and iron board was in the room already when we checked in. Enough plugs for all the phone chargers. Would stay here again.

Superb

A great location for exploring a great city.

Clark Street Diner was lovely. My room and the hotels decor was lots of funespecially enjoyed the stars on the pool at night. You need to ask (or at least over New Years you did) if you want your room made up; wish Id been told that at check-in.

Very average place,

Didnt try the breakfast didnt look the best, location and parking was only good thing and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed there for 7 nights in the winter and the heating didnt work for a single day I called them twice, third time they sent someone up to try and fix the heater but nothing happened, then they gave us a portable one on like the 5th day which only worked a few hours at night and in the morning would short circuit and all the electricity went, in which we got blamed for using to much electricity when all we did was plug in a heater they gave us which did nothing to the massive cold room and eventually broke, my wife was pregnant and couldnt sleep at night and was freezing in the morning. Any hotel should have basic heating if they are charging 1000s of dollars.

Nice location - bus stops and metro are nearby. Diner is in the same building. Grocery store is in the walking distance.

AC unit is very loud and too close to the bed.

Location and accommodating our early arrival at 11:30am - letting us access to the room early.

Heads up - the murals of actors can be frightening when you are jet lagged and wake up in the middle of the night and they are staring at you. lol Shower pressure was a bit low but thats just a first world problem.

Funky hotel stay in good location.

Rooms were quirky and spacious with microwave and fridge. Our room had view of Hollywood sign and the observatory. Pool lovely. Free parking available on street outside. Great location if you have a car but can easily walk to Hollywood Boulevard from hotel.

No breakfast and bar was super expensive.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at. The vibe of the hotel is great and the rooms are spacious and spotless clean. It has everything you could need, a bar, a diner, a swimming pool and in a great location. The staff couldn't be more helpful either. Honestly don't even think twice about booking here, just go for it, you will not be disappointed. There is nothing i could fault about it. Cannot recommend enough
