A beautiful peaceful & private villa with gorgeous plants, tropical flowers , butterflies & bumble bees are your friends 2 minutes walk to amazing food/ bars/ pristine beach 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all separate from the large living space , with lounge,dining & extra toilet gorgeous infinity pool ( which is cleaned regularly) & a great temperature ( refreshing) clean towels provided every day ( for the pool or beach) water bottles whenever you require ( important ) Villa rooms cleaned everyday, on site taxi service & Ray & her staff will go the extra , extra! to make your stay memorable & amazing

Incredible view and location, terrific staff, one weakness

We were in a Villa right on the water. The location was unbelievable! Fantastic views, access to the ocean, our own pool overlooking the ocean. The manager Rai, was also brilliant. She absolutely is an asset to this place. She was exceptionally responsive and helped us in many ways. Bedroom was great. Also I didnt initially realize just how close multiple restaurants and a nice massage place were.

I would have given this 10 stars but the lack of AC in the villa living room/kitchen greatly reduced its value to us. They should put ac in and raise the price of the unit a little. You have to leave the doors open to get it even tolerable, but that lets all the mosquitos in. So daytime this is a big 10, nighttime more like a 7.

Fantastic Villa- cant wait to return.

You can not beat the location of this property. The views are amazing especially from the pool. Dont miss sunset drinks at Leks bar next door- fantastic mojitos and lovely staff. Its well worth a visit to Old Lanta- have lunch at Pinto- beautiful views out over the islands and great Thai food. Also visit Big Tree Beer Garden- great wines to drink in or to take away. Shanti Shanti is well worth visiting for dinner- go for sunset- I would recommend booking. Ray, the villa manager, is so helpful. Always available on whats app to arrange transport, tours etc. She also offers a laundry service at fantastic prices- go home with a clean suitcase! Looking forward to returning again.

Outside space fantastic. Indoor space horrible.

Location and outdoor space were great. Manager Ray was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are depressing and neglected. Bathrooms terrible. No proper locks on doors. Transparent curtains. Too hot to use kitchen and living room. Place needs areal upgrade.

Amazing stay at Thai Island Dream Estate

Our stay at Thai Island Dream Estate on Koh Lanta was incredible. We - three adults and a little boy of 4 - stayed here during the last week of our holidays and we enjoyed it very much. After opening the bedroom curtains in the morning you will have a wonderful view on the pool, the green garden and the sea behind it. Stepping out of our spacious appartment on the groundfloor we could directly jump into the pool or go to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, where we went for most of our breakfasts and meals. At Miami they serve a good breakfast buffet at the beach. The manager of our Estate and her staff are very friendly and willing to help you with all your needs. Upon our arrival she arranged our comfortable shuttle from and to Krabi Airport and to some events on the island for a nice price. Every other day the appartment is being cleaned and you get fresh towels, also for the pool. The fridge is always filled with new water bottles. Staying at Thai Island Dream Estate felt like a dream to us and at the end we felt a bit sad that we had to leave this beautiful place behind. If we once might come back to Lanta in the future, we will definitely come back to this Estate again. Thank you so much, Ray.

The best value resort with simply the best host!

This is a fantastic beach front location in the middle part of Koh Lanta. Walking distance to good restaurants and one of the best cafe's on the Island Full-Fill. Ray was the most excellent host, efficient and nothing was a problem. She had a good understanding of English, and her recommendations from beauty spas to restaurants, cars to walks and cooking schools were outstanding. Ray is worth her weight in gold to have around she absolutely made our stay on Koh Lanta so much better. You really felt she was genuinely wanting you to have the best experience, not only at the resort but on Koh Lanta as well. The only reason we didn't give this stay an excellent is our apartment (BA B1) was a little tired with some things not working their best. But it was nice and private on the upper floor which suited us. We did move downstairs for the last night due a leak problem from torrential rain and that apartment had been done up, so much nicer finished. If there was anything not right Ray was very quick to fix or change though.

A dream

Everything. Was seriously a dream there. The staff were so helpful and quick when we needed anything. Even did an extra quick clean up on request. Quiet location but was everything we wanted in Koh Lanta , they offered loads of services that Ray sorted and you didnt have to do a thing (including renting motorbikes) which were put into our drive way for us!!! Wish we could have had 2 weeks here!
