Terrible experience. Overpriced and not as described.

Nothing. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, the staff are rude and the room view is not as described - instead of showing the tea plantations its overlooking a building site

Everything. Avoid this property. Staff are very rude and make you uncomfortable by staring and lingering. The room was mouldy and nothing like what was described.

Gregory Lake heights among breezing weather

The rooms were spacious and provided us a unique experience especially with the height and the location of them. There was a scenic view from the window which was facing the Gregory lake. The weather was drizzling and it has added a unique touch to the views outside. There was a pool table and an ample space with comfy chairs which can be a great place to have some fun time with your family or friends. Food was great, chef was supportive and willing to hear our feedback on the food. He even went the lengths to prepare a special meal for our daughter, even when she was enjoying what we ordered for her separately. Overall a great memorable stay!!!

great hotel and location, although it is expensive.

Great location and large room/bathroom with balcony overlooking Gregory Lake.

not much choice for breakfast for vegetarians, especially without eggs. a bit too expensive per night - most Ive paid for a hotel in Sri Lanka and it had no facilities. no clear reception area and hard to find any staff in the evening.
