Very good

Excellent place to stay with clean comfortable rooms, great food, good views and friendly staff.

We found the hotel very comfortable and clean, and the food was great. Staff were very friendly and attended to all our needs. The caretaker Ajith was supper helpful and he even managed to arrange a cake and a decorated room to celebrate one of our group members birthday. Highly recommend this place.

Great staff, but far from town.

The staff, especially Ajith was so good. They were always smilling and always willing to help. The room was big and had a lawn with it. The building itself had a colonial vibe, which I liked. Has good views.

No toiletries (apart from a bar soap) in the washroom. Expected this for this price range. Had to go into town to buy brush and paste. The location is a little off from the main town. So its difficult to go anywhere (shop, restaurant, idle walk) without a vehicle. No tuktuks infront/near the hotel. But the hotel/Ajith can help you to arrange vehicles.

Water pressure of showers is too low. Had to spend more time in the shower and it was really difficult for kids. House keeping should be improved. They did not clean my room on the 2nd day that I stayed. Tea and coffee bags were not replaced until I asked and water bottles were not provided on the 2nd day. Heater was too old and its noisy.

The staff was very helpful. Manager Ajith was very good. In fact we had left one of our mobile phones behind and he was genuine enough to call & inform about it.
