Very good

Our hosts were wonderful people snd it was a homey place.

The hosts were really great and accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was really cute and homey.

The walls of the rooms are thin. I was woken up by people both nights of my stay. It is stressed to stay quiet, but the guests did not abide by that. It may be tedious to bring everything to the bathroom.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, they truly went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The common area was pleasant and nicely decorated. The location was convenient and the guesthouse is located in a quiet alley.

However despite all the positive things about this place, it was way too noisy for our taste. The walls are truly paper-thin (something common in Asia..) and we didn't sleep well at all because of the outside noise (mainly other guests coming late or waking up early- because the guesthouse is in a quiet alley). So I guess it depends on who your neighbors are that night.. Also our private room had a not-so-nice view of a huge cylinder and basins full of laundry in the tiniest courtyard, so we kept the curtains shut.

Excellent service, lovely stay!

Everything was great! The staff were very nice and super helpful, there was a breakfast service and a laundry service and everywhere was regularly cleaned.

Next time Id pay a little extra for a room with AC, as I found it difficult to stay cool in a fan room.

lovely guesthouse in a quiet area of Bangkok

The staff were so lovely and accommodating, they let us check in early after a long train journey from Chiang Mai and also let us store our bags after check-out. The guesthouse itself is really beautifully designed, with two lovely courtyard areas to sit in. The twin room with a fan was great for all our needs, and was really clean and well maintained. Shared bathrooms were spotless and modern. Really close to a pier, so we made a lot of use of the ferry transport. There is also a bus station nearby.

The WiFi wasnt great, didnt work most times. There is no train station near the property so cannot really make use of the train system, unless connecting from another form of transport. Lack of vegetarian options nearby so had to walk quite far (1km +) to eat. Besides these things, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and will come back here ourselves.

Very good

The room and the bathroom were clean, and the guesthouse was nice overall. There's a big fan in the room and it works perfectly. The location is 15 minutes walking from the center.

There were only 3 toilets, and so many people going in and out of the bathroom, definitely one more bathroom is needed. I didn't try breakfast because it was too expensive for my budget, but you can find better prices in other caf near the guesthouse.

The staff were so welcoming and tried their best to help us with everything. \location is great, close to the ferry that would take you to the main temples. Suburb with a local living feeling, street market close by and a 7-Eleven just 1 min away. Highly recommend. Not a luxurious place to stay, but comfy and welcoming. Good value for money.

Nice location for Bangkok

Nice quieter part of Bangkok. Rooms is comfortable, good shower and staff were very friendly. Complimentary water was helpful.

Sound proofing isnt the best meaning you can hear people walking around/ talking. Wifi wasnt great

The guesthouse is very beautiful and extremely clean. We loved the area where its located as it was very cozy and authentic with amazing food markets near, however it was not the most convinient to sightsee as the only way to use public transport was with a bus (mind the traffic in the city).
