AVOID! they overbooked and did not let us know nor stay, we arrived in a taxi with 4 suitcases and no alternatives, and were told to leave, no apologies and no support whatsoever - worst experience ever

AVOID! total lack of professionalism, or even just respect for other human beings. again, the place is not even central and very hard to find, we tried call them multiple times on our way there to no answer, the taxi dropped us nearby, and when they finally picked up the phone cause we needed them to explain where to go, they just said it was fully booked, even if we had a confurmation email since a week, and were not even trying to help.

The location is great. Quite, calm, peaceful etc. I honestly was not expecting the place to be this good and it was homely. My first time booking a room for a night and it was great.

I didn't like how I was treated because there was no convenience to use my credit card to pay for my stay. Normally I pay for my stay upfront with my card at the time of booking.

I didn't like the inconvenience of not being able to pay for my stay with my credit card . Then when I tried to by going on B&B the two step authentication could not work because I couldn't get text messages outside of my country of residence.

Needs a do over with attention to detail.

Felt safe

Not the upper floor suite expected. Decor and furniture looked and felt like a mishmash of garage sale finds. The place felt stale. Black plush bedside and bathroom mats, plush toy door stopper and dust bin, and black shower, and floor tiles felt like where dirt would hide.
