But for some shortcomings (most can be overcome with slight effort), a good resort to stay.

Location is excellent with mountains, greenery and valley view. Restaurant food is above average. Rooms size is very good. Connected rooms is a good option for family or groups travelling together. Balcony of connected rooms is vey large.

Cleanliness is lacking, especially in the common areas. Bathroom size is very small inspite of large rooms. Bathrooms are slightly stinky. Errors in the restaurant bill was a recurrent problem and one has to be cautious about it. Reception area was exceptionally hot because of glass structure. Pity for the staff sitting there the whole day and still dealing with patience. They seem to be slightly short of staff. Meal prices on slightly higher side

Great location, Poor service - Poor value for money!

Positives 1. Location - excellent, great views of mountains, thick forests and good weather 2. Food - Indian is the best. Chinese needs some improvement.

Negatives 1. Reception - Extremely poorly managed. The 3 people posted there have absolutely no clue what is going on. they just keep looking at each other. They managed to mess up a simple room trasnfer. Our plan included dinner and they kept insisting we pay for dinner. After clearing it out with the evening staff, the same process was repeated with the morning staff at checkout with the lady being insistent that we pay for dinner. 2. Cleanliness - Leaves a lot asking for. Garbage collected in hallways, especially in the rooms section. The pool even though indoor was very dirty with lots and lots of insects. No proper staff managing the facility. 3. Pool and Spa - The spa in the titlte of the resort is a misnormer. No proper staff for the facility and very dingy area with the pool and spa.

Spending money on this resort was not worth at all and was hugely disappointing. Will recommend to visit other low budge

nothing will not recommend it to anyone in future.

The room service was pathetic , even the rooms bedsheet was not clean . Bathrooms were drinking and the floors and the tables were quite dirty . There was no one to attend at the time of breakfast and all the used utensils were kept as is on the table . We have to eventually return to our room without having breakfast . It was really mismanaged.
