Not happy, not worth 5k

When we arrived, the code they gave us did not work. We waited in the rain for a good while before they told us the new code. We walked in past the creaky gate, and there was rubbish all over the driveway, and all the lights seemed to have been ripped out. We walked into the house and there was outdoor debris everywhere, so I had to sweep it all up. There was also a serious cockroach issue, dead cockroaches everywhere. Not to mention the huge glass window that was shattered on the outside, no warning of it at all. Also on the first few days, the fire alarm was low battery so it kept beeping all night. The bedroom on the ground floor at the fronts light switches did not work. Projectors in both the master bedroom and the theatre did not work. Door in master bedroom leading to balcony also very flimsy, made sounds all night. Windows were not clean, downstairs bedroom seemed to have an imprint of a woman being pushed into the window. Half way through the stay, a bunch of maintenance people came in while I was away, and had a friend waiting at home, they owners did not mention this at all and we werent sure if they were legit or not because the owner did not reply to my texts. Extremely disappointed, not worth the 5k asking price. Would like a refund, or a partial one at least.
