Very good

Great location and comfortable beds

Location is perfect and staff are very friendly. The beds were super soft and comfortable.

The room cleaning was awful. Not once did we return to the room and the room had been cleaned. Even after our room was cleaned (on request), they did not replace the towels or replenish the tea and coffee. Dirty mugs were not replaced either or removed from the room.

We will never book this hotel anymore under any circumstances

The location of the Hotel is amazing. Elissa is the manager and she is the only one helping us during our stay along with another girl I cant remember her name.

- Housekeeping is awful ! They didnt clean the room daily. - No tissues in the hotel. - Sometimes we cant use the toilet in the hotel lobby. - The staff never helped us with the luggage - Rooms are very small I dont recommend it for families. - staff didnt listen to us they are so rude and they only cares about the 50 per night deposit.

Wouldn't recommend.

The location.

The room wreaked of smoke. This is a non-smoking hotel. We even had to sign a statement saying we would not smoke in the room. We are non-smokers and chose the hotel for that reason. The adjacent guest in Room 119 was smoking and the smoke came into our room through the vents and bathroom vents. Our clothes smelled. We were coughing and I had to take medicine for 2 days to alleviate the headache I got from the smoke. We immediately reported this after check-in and then a second time to the front desk. There was no resolution. We would have moved to another hotel had we not paid the entire bill up front.

Loved the location, loved the City. Would stay here again.

The location is amazing. My view from my window was the Square. A real treat especially as it was Christmas. That said it was a bit noisy with the dust carts and trams going past. Although we were out walking most of the time.

Some of the staff were a bit short, but it was Boxing day so appreciate that they were working at this time. That said most of the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great although very expensive for what it was.

the unfriendly welcome, then i requested something special and upon arrival when i asked him to look at notes he ignored me and gave us a room that was clearly smoked in as it faced a terrace with alot of cigarette bud. poor service.
