Managing company can ruin everything

View, territory is very good. Interesting Villa planning. Good village and big swimming pool.

All my negative not about Villa, but about management company. After when we check in in Villa, my wife started to clean up whole Villa, because it looks like abandoned villa after construction. It was a few wasps ' nests, I think they could remove it before we ask. They created a WhatsApp group, but I didnt understand for what, because they answered too long, were 3 workers from this company in chat, and it was many times, when they answered next day, or after one day. Some of them had headache of something else I dont know. Due to the fact that they were answered for a long time, we were unable to extend our stay there, because another people were already booked this Villa. We asked them to bring water to us, because drinking water ended. They answered only next day and we went to the store and bought it. If you think that you can use Jacuzzi, that you can see on photo-You won't get it, because it looks very bad and it impossible to get water into the bath, it doesnt work. Millipedes multiplied there at breakneck speed and they do not do anything. Millipedes was in our rooms toilets and other places. The water does not go into the sewer. Water with feces flowed out from under the toilet. It smelled awful. They said that they will be clean up Villa 2 time a week. Last cleaning was in the day before check out, and they changed bed only for last night . Guys who came to clean up our Villa didnt understand English at all. Furniture and stuff looks bad and sloppy. We moved to another Villa in this Village with another managing company and here all in times better. Look for another villas that are managing with other companies.
