Exceptional

Staff was awesome and made us feel at home

The rooms were very clean ,and the on site manager was awesome,she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed,very good experience for price will b back, also the breakfast they provide has a good variety and there is plenty..

Seen a few sketchy characters,but they had nothing to do with hotel ,just around in the basic area.

Office staff very friendly. Rooms need to be looked over before guest arrival

The staff was very nice & accommodating.

The room was visibly dirty upon arrival... hair & crumbs all over the floor & grime in the bathroom. Just hadn't been cleaned thoroughly at all. Made me nervous about sleeping in the linens. Had to clean the bathroom myself. Shower pressure was insanely strong like constant jet so could only give the children baths. Door very easy to open & the top lock didn't work so we spent all the time in the room trying to stop our 16 month old from escaping.

The manager allowed us to early check in

The noise of the air condicioners all night long coming from other apartments. Pictures in the website were enhance, specially the swimming pool area.

The worst

I have a 1 year old daughter and a tweaker was running around outside cussing and screaming and I was trying to grab my daughter and she was trying to fight us I got locked out of my room the had to come break the door down I should get a full refund. Putting my daughter in jeopardy and they called the cops on the tweaker they had a straight up trap hotel room right under neath us tweaker going in and out all night

Not as I expected from what shows on website

The rooms were clean

It states free breakfast but when my husband went down to get breakfast doors were locked and never opened. Young adults hanging out on the stairs. When we left we saw the desk clerk sitting in a chair on the phone. I would not recommend this place at all.

The location was very nice. Stuff was very nice. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The pool was a little dirty. There was no shampoo or soap of any kind in the rooms. A lot of random activity during the night.

The front desk staff was so kind and friendly!

Room was disgusting, blood on walls. Heat and air had literally been ripped off wall did not work. Tv had been ripped off wall and set on table. Door lock was broken with wires hanging out. Door had been kicked in, frame was broken. Door had deep gouges on it. Non smoking room had cigarette burns on tables and smelled awful. Whole room was dirty. Witness a drug deal in parking lot. Saw a man on sidewalk collapse, looked to be on drugs.
