Good location with great amenities

Tht the amenities of the hotel was with humidifier and air purifier. Really helped with the weather. Housekeeping was good.

The bathroom. Gets wet after a shower.

It is very close to many malls, a good location. Breakfast is good. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel.

Overall the stay was good and staff were pleasant.

We were accommodated in a small room while my friend and his partner who had booked for similar room was accommodated in larger room. Luckily our room was smelly and we were the transferred to a larger room.

Didn't have a competitive rate for Great Wall trip. We booked our trip with another nearby 5 star hotel which was nearby.

- Lovely staff - Amenities were superb. Nice gym, sauna and pool - Room had TV with HBO - Good WiFi although western internet was disabled as expected - The room had everything one might need

- During the night the bathroom started to smell. I suspect its something to do with plumbing - I think the room could do without carpets. They were stained. Rip them out and put in hardwood floor. Itll make everything else look better

Itll do for a few days

The location is good for what we wanted. Walking distance to the Forbidden City and the Gardens. The room was secure and complimentary water is provided.

The rooms are far too hot, despite us reducing the temperature to 16 degrees just to cool down the room. The average temperature was 24 throughout day and night (we went in October and the average temperature outside was 23+). We had difficulty booking taxis via reception so often just walked instead. The bed was comfortable but the heat in the room led to a poor nights sleep. The bathroom had both a bath and a separate shower however the shower was filthy, with black mould on the walls and the ledge for products. Further to this, the bath was very small. Another thing to mention is the deposit is via credit card only and not mentioned when booking the room. I dont have a credit card so my partner had to use his, however, when it came to checking out, they just charged him and didnt ask if we wanted to pay another way.

A wonderful option!

The location is perfect! Near all centrall places, including the Forbidden Ciry. The hotel also offers a concierge service which helped us planning out trip to Mutianyu Great Wall. Breakfast had huge variatyod options.

The transfer service offered is not free. We would have to pay for it and decided to use car. The language is something to be worked. The employees tried their best but still there is a difficulty.
