The place is very convenient and a short walk away from JBCC and City Square Mall. Staffs are very friendly when we request for air freshener and bed linen 2 days in a row.

When we first reach the accommodation, there is a stuffy odour in the room that may be cause by the air conditioning. I have to lower the temperature to 18degC to ensure air flow in the room. The bedsheet has stains when we first enter the accommodation therefore we have to request bed linen to cover the bed entirely.

I would stay there again but not in the same room.

Great location as it is close to CIQ. The Deluxe King suite was spacious.

Breakfast spread was very limited and the cafe was small. There was mould on the ceiling and water was dripping from it. The shower was faulty and water pressure was awful. The mattress was a tad too hard.

Location. Near to Komtar JBCC, city square. A 24 hours eating place just infront. Very convenient

The toilet a bit kinda run down but things work thou. Would expect better.

The apartment is good for money. The staffs were friendly too. The beds were comfy.

It is near to eateries and shopping mall like City Square and near to CIQ.

It was just too noisy with the jamming at the 24-hour cafe. The apartment is just opposite. It is best if they could have the jamming or karaoke in the cafe rather than outside as it disrupts the occupants sleep.

A well maintained place to have a relaxing stay with family.

Location: very convenient, halal food was easy to find. Shopping centre nearby. Room : Booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, sofa and beds very comfy. Room looks very well maintained and looks new. Clean: very clean and well maintained. Staff : very friendly and helpful

Great other that the check in experience.

Its been newly renovated

Not our first time staying with Suasanna, weve always liked the location. However with this stay, a male staff that served me initially gave us 1 access card and reasonably was it was a newly renovated apartment, despite me asking for 1 more as there are 4 of us. As we had to wait till 3pm for apartment, he asked us to wait a further 20mins. I explained that I had an elderly mother and we left really early from SG and it should be ready by 3pm. Within a min he gave us apt card and told me there isnt another one. Later in the evening, I asked from another front staff and was given another card. Well, I guess this was an isolated situation, regardless the staff should not have given guests that impression that he did it out of spite.
