If I could I'd give even a higher rating! This was a memorable stayed! I've been in so many places using booking that I totally forgot how a pleasant absolutely beautiful place and service feels and how excited I get to give a rating about it. We had a wonderful stay at the garden house. Hosts were great, they allowed us to check in early due to our flight being in the morning, were very helpful with everything and never disturbed us even for a moment, they certainly know what is to be a host in Amsterdam. The neighborhood is lovely and very quite (the noise from the planes did not disturb us at all) and in just 10 minutes we were at the central station which allowed us to have more time exploring Amsterdam but in the same time to have nice and quite evening away from the big crowd. Will definitely stay here again when given the chance

Best experience in a long time

The host is amazing, very approachable and helpful. When I stepped into the house it smelled like home. Spotlessly clean, excellent taste in interior design, built in closet hid the suitcase, hairdrier, equipped kitchenette, all necessities for a short stay. Nice garden to enjoy the sunshine, smart TV connected to wifi. The train station is within 10 minutes walking, easy to get to Amsterdam center. There is also an outlet center nearby if you are interested in shopping.

The only thing I would mention is that although the neighbourhood is very still and nice, unfortunately there is an air corridor right above the accommodation's location, so when aircrafts pass it gets very loud. However it is not something the host could change or control.

Great place, I would recommend

+ pleasant and friendly owners + there is everything you need for your stay inside (hairdryer, microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, even the capsules for this!) + great location for visiting Amsterdam (direct train connection, which is rather cheap). Station is not far away. + supermarkets are close to the place + fresh and stylish furnishing + free parking is available at a location nearby + clean and tidy

as pricey as all other options around Amsterdam, therefore, not a real disadvantage

We stayed here for the weekend. The garden house is located in a residential area with excellent access to public transportation to the beach at Zandvoort, the city of Haarlem and Amsterdam. Lidy is an exceptionally gracious host who went out of her way to serve us a lovely breakfast later in the morning, thank you! The accomodation itself is really neat and provided everything we needed, including good wifi and a mini fridge. ;) Looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderfully presented and cosy, with delicious breakfast. I would love to come back in Summer!

The whole experience was enjoyable! Even though I arrived quite late after a long day of work, I was greeted with smiles and was given a wonderful tour of this quaint but immaculate gardenhouse. :) Inside was clean and very neatly presented. There was even a custom welcome message which I thought was super sweet! Breakfast was gigantic too, but I suspect they normally host for 2 people.. I tried my best but could not finish everything. Haha Very close to the new Outlet too, so no doubt once the ol Covid subsides this property is going to be a hit!

This might be my own fault for not preparing properly, but I did find it a little tricky finding it because this property is in a residential area and all the houses looked similar at night. One quick phone call though and I was waved at from down the road :)
