The worst hotel I have ever been

Terrible staff, the room was not ready, we have been waiting for 2 hours at the lobby untill they clean the room , the room wasnt clean enough and was very old, they even had a mini bar and water in they room,

room, location and facility are great. The view is gorgeous. A great deal.

access from Aria express is disabled. we need to take a long walk ~20 mins to go to the strips.
