PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH VISTA AND BOOKING.COM

I only liked the pictures and how the property was presented on Booking.com

The hosts of this property and Stay vista was MOST LAX! I could never reach the property.. the location shared on Google maps was highly incorrect and far off from dehradun. It landed me to a stranded temple in the middle of nowhere. the booking.com staff wasn't very helpful either as they had no idea of the location either. It was the worst experience where the hosts were non responsive til the very last minute with incorrect details and Booking.com executives did not help either. Would not recommend any stay vista property + expect Booking.com to address customer issues better. I ended up paying 30K extra for another property I had to book last minute as everything else in Dehradun was sold out!!!!!!
