Very good

Hi The staff was great. Are room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5 pm but they made up for it & where very polite. The room was very clean. Every time i come to Seattle i always stay here & always enjoy my stay.

1 complaint is there are no ice machines on the floors & the ice box that where there was always empty. Other wise there is nothing to complain about

Excellent place to stay in Seattle Downtown

We liked everything ... specially all the games available!

There was that day a specific problem: a fire in the dryer area, so that delayed our check in, and there was smoke smelling

Superb

The staff was great. Very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the linens top notch.

Bathroom arrangement. Like sink in different area than toilet and bath. There were 4 of us and the room is really too small for that. I like a night stand and light on myside of the bed because I read at night. I had to let my husband have that side because he has a CPap and no outlet on the other side.
