Staybridge Suites Madison - East offers excellent service and spacious, well-equipped suites with kitchenettes. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast and a happy hour with snacks and wine on Mon (Read More)-Wed. The management is responsive and accommodating, implementing suggestions promptly, such as an earlier coffee service. Although the hotel is located on Madison's far east side, it provides convenient access to highways 151 and 90, albeit being a bit distant from downtown.

Exceptional

The absolutely greatest place to stay on Earth!!! And I'm a picky person!

I would just like to say that I would recommend this hotel to anybody I love it there I will continue to go there and I am just so happy with the outcome and like I said I will continue to go there and recommend it to other people it's a great place to go to

Great value, Unprossional staff

Great value and location for a last minute booking. Breakfast included and family friendly.

Unprofessional staff. When I questioned why my card was authorized again upon check-in when I had already paid for it, the front desk woman literally yelled at me. When asked why she is yelling at me, she stated she wasnt yelling and that she is just expressive. Never dealt with anything like this in my life. It was completely uncalled for. It was as if she was already angry about something and lashed out at me for asking a question. We had a great experience at a different Staybridge Suites thats why we decided to book it, but never again at this location.

Prefer there was a wall/door separating the bedroom from living/kitchen area; prefer the bathroom was away from the headboard/bed. Need healthier food selections for the happy hour

This was totally my worse experience ever. I will never use or recommend Booking.com.

The fact that I arrived to find that all of my room reservations through Booking.com had been cancelled. I waited 45 minutes for Staybridge East Madison to find one of my rooms for three nights and the other room for two nights. I was forces to go to another IHG property, Holiday Inn Suites East Madison for my first night, Friday October 13, 2023. Tallk about bad luck. Holiday Inn Suites East Madison would not accept the transfer from Staybridge East Madison and I was force to pay $414 for the night. In all my years of traveling, and I am an IHG awards club member 882428027, this was totally my worse experience ever, thanks to Booking.com and Staybridge East Madison.

Very poor

Almost unbelievable bad experience. We have stayed at this hotel several times. Never again.

Broken elevator. Broken jacuzzi, No assistance dragging luggage upstairs. Sheets that did not fit the bed. Staff unable to provide needed sheets and blanket. Toilet stuffed, no plunger.

Very good

Decent price, good location and great breakfast

Breakfast was awesome. Rates were decent. Great location, not too loud, not close to the airport or student area. We would stay again.

Elevator was broken, thankfully we had a room in the first floor. Beds were just ok.

I cannot recomment this hotel

We stayed three nights, the room was never cleaned by their own policy,but they did not tell us until we asked. The elevator did not work and was not being worked on, the hot tube was closed and even after claaining aobut the noise next door, it was not fixed.

More like a motel than a hotel, rooms ok, staff friendly enough, but at this price it should be better services, I mean

The convenience of having a kitchen in room

Coming from Europe I thought it was massively overpriced. For that price in the U.K. you could stay in the very best area of hotels. This is an adequate hotel at best.
