Best Location, Great Staff and Very Clean Apartments In Melbourne

Great location and Quite rooms. I usually stayed at southbank but due to last minute cancellation of booking at southbank I stayed at Spencer Street Apartments and it just amazing accomodation with best price, the staff was great, The view was awesome and I would recommend to everyone to JUST BOOK IT and TRY YOURSELF.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING

Perfect location and Great cafe next door. I would love to come back again at Spencer Street Apartments. It was so cleaned and Great spacious apartment. Friendly reception staff.

Good location for public transport, marvel stadium but apartment was a big disappointment.

The location was good. Public transport close. Had amazing views of fireworks on New years eve. Shopping centre within walking distance - coles, liquor land, chemist etc.

Secure parking was at a different location to apartment and 250m away difficult for disabled or elderly people. Apartment floor level had a foul smell once out of lift. Beds were uncomfortable, very hard mattresses, apartment wasn't clean, animal fur on rug and fold out sofa. Windows didn't close properly so could hear alot of outside noise. Shower recess leaked all over bathroom floor. Very close to police headquarters and fire station so sirens go continuously throughout the night.

Great location, clean and minimal noise. Will definitely stay when in Melbourne again.

Had a small issue in one of the bathrooms however it was sorted on the same day.
