Hotel was close to the airport and clean, staff was generally helpful, breakfast was one of the best I've had ever.

Shower drain was completely clogged and showerhead was not working. On complaint, this was fixed on the same day. At the rooftop restaurant, we were told we can bill things to our rooms, but still a waiter showed up at my room at 11:40 pm and insisted I pay immediately not even the next day was possible even though we were staying for two more days at the same hotel. The hotel room key stopped working every evening and had to be recalibrated, plus check out took over an hour even though I had paid everything in advance and taken nothing from the minibar, due to a calculation error which it took 6 staff to solve for one checkout and still took over an hour. All in all, it could run much better.

Location is close to Trivandrum Central.

Had to get shower curtain changed as soon as I checked in. I am guessing wasn't changed and was dirty. However on request it was changed right away. Thanks
