We arrived after check-in and we had to ask the guys to wash the pool from branches and dirt. they did it, but it didn't get any better. in the morning: we wrote in booking that we want to change the reservation instead of 4 nights to 1 night. And he didnt want to let us go until we canceled the reservation, due to the fact that he didnt want to pay a $30 tax. Regarding the beach, the hotel is not located in Bentota.
