Overall ok

Room was just ok as well as the breakfast. It delivers what is advertised.

Very busy reception in the morning due to checkouts and the elevator (only one in the building) was always full. Be prepared to use 407 and pay (toll) as it's the easiest way to reach the city.

Nice family stay over Christmas

well maintained facilities and staffs are very nice. nice locations and parks nearby is plus. They offer free gym and laundry. Nice breakfast over Xmas holidays.

Pillows are a little too big for us. Pet charges are a little over my budget but had to take their offer.

Fraudulent charges.

They charged me almost 200 more than they should have. They said it would be refunded within a few days of check out. They said to contact them if it wasn't refunded. It wasn't refunded so I contacted them. Instead of helping me and issuing a refund, they said they can't see it on their system any more and to contact my bank. Then today almost 2 months after I checked in, they have without permission or basis debited 116.71 from my account. I was going to stay with them again in January but absolutely will not now. Instead, I'll be raising a court action to recover the sums and separately reporting them to the police for fraud, unless they return all sums taken without authorisation which were not due and owing.

I didn't like that they refused the deduct from my total bill, the amount they had already taken. They insisted on taking the full payment and assured me they would refund the sum taken prior to check in. I don't like that they haven't helped to sort out the situation and I certainly don't like that two months later they have fraudulently debited my account with absolutely no basis. I am also disappointed that Booking.com hasn't helped me even though I've raised the matter twice before this review.
