Beautiful setting, lots offered

Small (or not so small) details not cared forroom service left in hallway for days, growing mold, beach not combed, too many people seeking things in the beach, nonexistent waiter service on the beach

Great resort, staff and facilities, but expensive

Great facilities and bars/restaurants, pools and ESPA spa, no problem getting loungers by pool or on beach, friendly helpful staff. Upgraded to a suite a check in, many thanks!

Really expensive when you add on all the charges for everything you order on site, but you dont go to place like that expecting to save money!

A waste of money and an insulting experience

It was clean and pretty

The staff is very anti-black and they have an inferiority complex. They very clearly value their white clientele over the people that look like them and it's sad to see. Overlooking me when I was present first on multiple occassions so that they could serve the white customers felt like I was stepping back in time.
