The Sleep Inn & Suites West Medical Center has a great location with easy freeway access and nearby food and entertainment options. The rooms are generally clean and well-maintained, although some ba (Read More)throom fixtures may need attention. The front desk staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The hotel is slightly dated but offers a nice breakfast and comfortable beds. Some reviewers experienced issues with the AC and missed the breakfast due to its early closing time. Overall, it is a decent option with good value for the price. The indoor pool was not operational during the time of the reviews.

Overall, this facility offers a clean and comfortable stay after a long day of traveling.

We normally stay at the property once or twice a year. As always, the room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the TV when we got to the room however, the front desk sent someone up and the problem was resolved quickly.

The last two times we stayed at this property, there was a noticeable sewer smell in the hallway near the elevator. Also, the elevator made my wife very uncomfortable. Each and every time we began to approach the top floor, the elevator began to shake and rattle before it came to a stop.

Housekeeping did not clean my room once during a 3 night stay, pool & treadmill were inoperable, (should have mentioned that online),, dirty carpet in the room, had to wear my shoes the whole time. No light in room.

The keys didn't work. it looked like someone had taken a nap on the top of the bed, a towel and soap used, crumbs on the desk, carpet worn, tile broken. They did offer a slight discount for the mess.

The price and cleanliness and comfortable.

They only came in the room one time and only gave us clean towel and took the trash in the week that we was there. And the morning breakfast staff was rude and disrespectful told my husband 30 minutes before that she was about to clean up and gave him dirty looks and then about 10 other staff member came and took all the breakfast food for themselves. The pool also didn't work
