Great 4 night break at a lovely hotel with great staff and one of the best bars Galway as to offer

The staff were very friendly and accommodating towards us from sorting out the cheaper parking, to recommendations for a nice breakfast when we missed the hotel breakfast times .. location was perfect, right in the middle of all the sights and bars that Galway has to offer. Superb location. The Bar downstairs was a great spot to relax or party depending on your mood.. the food at the bar was also great!

We were aware of the noise that came from the bar downstairs beforehand so this wasnt a major problem for us and we also requested a room facing the square. Over all the noise was bearable but by the 4 night we did struggle with some noise from the revellers outside the window.

We rambled around the Christmas market and had lovely meal and drinks with friends, a perfect place to stay and relax

Great night's sleep

The room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy. The location was great. Having an air con was great. Such a lovely touch leaving chocolate bars on the bed.

The small lights beside the bed in 215 didn't work but it put a damper on the stay.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, the nicest staff Ive encountered at a hotel in years and Ive stayed at quite a few, they went above and beyond for everything
