Perfect visual setting & modern comfort.

Excellent welcoming staff. Fun, comfortable & well appointed rooms with rainfall shower. Beautiful floor to ceiling views of the IJ River. Great location, quick ferry to Centraal Station.

The fact that bar is closed at 11pm and also I booked room with king size bed already, but theyve charged me upgrade for no reason. I complained but I never got any response.

Better to train that reception supervisor to let her deal more professional.

Location

They changed me for 2 rooms in corner ( they call it family room ) while I used only one single room. There was reception supervisor ( dont know her name but she is blond hair color), she is not professional in dealing with issues. She misses to be sympathy with customers. Rather than she try to bring solutions, she shows disgusting smile and tells the customer it is your mistake.

Excellent attitude and welcome from front desk staff, beautiful view of the river and central station from the room. Very clean rooms.

Absolutely fantastic location, the most central Ive ever stayed in the warmest cosiest hotel! Will be back.

The room was so amazing and cosy. Brilliant view. Was quite worried about the ferry, but it was just always there and quite fun!
