I was their regular customer for so many years but after visiting this place last week I found the front office male staffs not of the category expected ,they are dull and lifeless work and talk like a sloth . Lad back attitude
All were a disappointment.... Not a single positive feedback...kindly sail before ur ship sinks

comfortable and satisfying hotel and one among the two decent hotels on Siliguri.
its comfortable and well appointed for the city and very hospitable staff who accommodate all needs and requests.
The approach to the hotel is slightly misleading with two entrances, one being slightly shady.

Located well for airport. At some point would have been a good hotel but not in good shape now. Parts are under renovation
