Short airport stay in lovely comfortable room

Room was very large and comfortable, both more so than I expected for the price paid. No additional charge to bring a pet. Staff were all really lovely and helpful. Would definitely return if I needed to stay in the area. We were able to use the airport shuttle to get there instead of having to book a taxi which was a bonus.

Overall , I'd say my stay was excellent

The room was quite nice ,very little noise from planes, beds were really comfortable. For the airport , the airport itself is pittyful, over crowded and not much help in getting around. shuttle service was perfect, breakfast was excellent , maybe a bit over priced though. either reduce the room price or include breakfast

Great location. Super quiet. Great food. Nice staff. Lots of parking. Nice lounge. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Very tasteful decor.

Great location lots of parking. We left for a week. And received a great discount to park our car. Easy access to front door lobby.

The amount that I paid for was definitely not worth the stay. I was basically staying in a Motel 8 but paying for a 5 star hotel. Terrible service, the bathroom was disgusting as there was hair everywhere and the bathroom floor was disgusting. There was blood on one of the beds sheets. The room stunk of burning metal and there was a loud banging from upstairs both nights I stayed.

Superb

A very comfortable stay at a great hotel

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Ample toiletries are on supply. The WiFi service was excellent! Regular shuttle service was dependable, which means that you are "close" to the airport. The location is excellent, being close to external restaurants. The onsite restaurant is high quality with delicious food, and the breakfast fare is top notch!

The processing of my credit card had some problems

Good value if you are looking for a place to rest between flights

Location is convenient to the airport with a 24 hr shuttle. There is a restaurant in the hotel that also provides room service if, like us, you are too tired from your travels and just want to eat in your room.

The facilities could use updating, especially the bathroom. The tub was peeling and looked worn.

Would recommend to stay here

Very friendly staff.... we arrived at 3am due to flight cancelations etc and the staff were very accommodating and kind. Facilities were clean, welcoming and comfortable.

Getting in at 3am.... totally not the fault of the Sheraton.
