The staff are friendly and accommodating

The hotel is definitely understaffed. room service was late couple time, no one on the reception in the spa. You can tell that they are super busy and need to hire more people.

Fantastic

Loved our stay at the Sheraton, the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet spread was amazing. Our room was clean and had awesome views of the pool and beach.

Beautiful beach, great food.

Close to the beach, big pool area. Quiet and relaxing. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Great pool bar/ restaurant. Buffet had a good selection and was fresh and tasty. We had a bad smell in the room which was addressed quickly and received a follow up in the morning which was appreciated.

Fantastic

Service was exceptional. Nadeesha and Sethmi from reservations were very attentive. Responded to requests promptly. Food was great. They have a good pastry chef.

Exceptional

Luxurious and amazing

The place and the facilities will take you to a different level, luxurious and quality. The staff were supportive, helpful and welcoming. The spa is a must try as you wont find such level outside in Sri Lanka. I lost my bag and our personal assistant Urada and the manger and all the Sheraton team were surprisingly supportive and helpful.
