The location is great in heart of istiklal street , small entrance but never mind its ok

Its hard to reach it by car so y have to write any other location near hotel because when y write the hotel address the driver will take y from long distance, but hotel location on foot enormous great really

Over all location is good and receptionist and nothing else i liked.

Location was perfect, but hotel was nt good though

Room, toilet, cleanliness, mirror in the toilet was broken partially, wash bason and sink drainage was not cleaned.

Unfortunately we left the hotel on Saturday at 10am instead of Monday due to the very sad situation in Israel. we lost friends who were killed. Unfortunately, the hotel did not refund us for 2 nights or even 1 night, we spend a lot of money according this situation. I know that most of the hotels in Istanbul refunded the money to those who left as us/didn't arrive at the hotel because of this.

Its my 2th time i book the same hotel. This will be my fix hotel for istanbul. The location are perfect middle in the istiklalstreet so much opportunity for food drinks. The rooms are nice and clean. Everything works perfectly like the shower.

The terras is not done yet, and should be nice if they had a breakfast opportunity. Or at least they could give you a voucher for breakfast for the restaurant under the hotel (wama).
