The hotel was stunning. The staff were so nice, we contacted them to get a room with lagoon access and they facilitated this straight away. The pool was lovely and the bar staff were great. The room service was always so quick and food was great. Room was very clean and bright.

Breakfast wasnt great, we went to cafes nearby.

Beautiful retreat

The room had the pool just outside overlooking our honeymoon suite so we could swim from the balcony area . It was very quiet . Staff were friendly .

The key entry isnt digital and can be hard when coming back at night as theres isnt much lights around . Further away from the main area .

Good location, close to the beach, clean rooms, good restaraunts close to the hotel

Currently there are a lot of constructions nearby, which creates a lot of nouise starting from 8AM.

Wonderful service and facilities

Amazing staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms, lovely pool area. I honestly couldnt fault it. I also got a massage which was amazing too! Would definitely recommend this hotel :)

The staff and the actual hotel were fabulous! And even when we told them that we would only stay one night and leave the next day, due to the building going on next door, the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful.

Sadly there is a new building going up right next door to this lovely hotel. So the view from our room and the pool is of the building site next door! And of course the noise from the building site is not conducive to a relaxing holiday! No wonder it was 70% off the normal price. However I cant fault the staff, they were very professional in what must be very difficult circumstances.

The actual hotel was good, staff friendly and helpful.

We booked a airport pick-up and the driver who was to pick us up wasn't there and they could not contact him, I had at least 3 emails confirming from Sense hotel it would be good, it was a early morning pick-up (1.40am). We were very disappointed .

Room itself was kept in a poor state, paint is pealing and old. Old wooden / dated furniture No smart TV Very basic interior Large gap between the door and wall edge so you could hear every drop of rain like it was inside the room
