Wonderful.

Location and spacious room.

The internet is very slow and freezing most of the time. Not a lot of food choices in the their restaurant.

The concierge was friendly and very helpful

The room was old and run down. The rooms are dusty and dirty. You can literally see dust ball flying around.

Nothing.

Bathroom is really old. After shower foam started coming out of the drain. Which was really disgusting. Reported to the duty manager. After checking, he told us it won't happen as he personally checked. He also said he will chance the room if it happens again. Well the next morning it happened again. No point changing as we were checking out. While checking out the staff at the reception did not have the courtesy to ask how the stay was.

Pleasant

Location, transport options. Food had very few limited vegetarian options. Dry hash browns in breakfast, bland coffee from the machine at the counter.

The overall ageing property is marketed as a 4 star while in reality in 3 star. Empty mini-bar with no water bottles even. No dental kit and useless show polish instead.
