Good value for money. Exceptional pools and pool bars.

We stayed in the Cabana Suites with direct pool access and they were spacious, clean and private. The face directly to a private pool over 150m long with a bar and a a whirlpool. The internal Thai restaurant is superb.

After a long journey, at the check-in, the very first thing I was presented - even before saying "hello" was a 100EUR deposit. I understand every hotel requires a deposit and I'm happy to provide it: what I didn't like was HOW it was requested. In general, the hotel is getting a bit old and would need some serious maintenance.

Very poor overall experience.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.

Overall comfort level was very low. The hotel's new year's eve party was right next to our room.

It was an amazing place from an aesthetic point of view. I haven't seen anything like it. Perfect for a holiday photo.

The swim-up rooms have dodgy side doors that let mosquitos directly into the room. I ended up getting about 20 bites while I stayed here, in the previous locations I visited I wasn't bit once. Also, the pool wasn't an enjoyable temperature. Strangely enough, the sea was much warmer.

Sawasdee Village provides a tranquil holiday experience with it's tropical hotel design, fantastic pool villas, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

There aren't anything that I disliked about the hotel. It was close to perfect for a week getaway and I highly recommended it and hope to holiday there again in the future.

The hotel is so unique and special , like Oriental fairy tales . We had a room with swimming pool access, and we love it, especially in the night when the water in the pool is lit up. The breakfast is very good. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay at Sawasdee Village, thank you.

Extremely beautiful and detailed area, with some minor tradeoffs

It was one of the most beautiful hotel areas I have been to. The area has so many beautiful little things to discover and the pool is also extremely nice - even though I usually don't like pools in general. The breakfast is great, the personnel are lovely and helpful, in general a very wonderful stay.

The air conditioning in our room was quite loud and could not be well adjusted. It was blowing way too strong and quite cold air or you could turn it off. I saw in another room a normal AC which was quite and quite modern. So seems to be only in some rooms. The other thing is that the location on Google maps looks like it's quite close to the beach, unfortunately it is a 10 minute walk. They provide an hourly shuttle service which is nice but it's not like being close to the beach. And at the same time a lot of restaurants, bars, night markets and massages are around so the location is quite good anyhow.
