Habib the worker there was lovely and super helpful and friendly. Absolute gem.

RATS IN ROOM stayed 2 nights. First night we heard noises in the wall just assumed it was geckos.AC broke around 1am so we waited till the morning. They did fix it. Second night rats came through the walls and then into the bathroom. Had to change rooms at 1am. The next morning was an absolute fight to get any money back. They only gave us 50% and that was hard to get. Didnt want to write this review as I wish them all the best with their future stays but unfortunately rats is disgusting and you should be refunding that fully. The staff member that changed our rooms was amazing. Think his name was Habib he was so lovely and kind and apologetic. Management didnt even apologise. I attached pictures of the rats.

Beautiful and Clean Resort. Amazing breakfast, super attentive staff, especially Habibi, he was always ready to help us, very sweet and friendly!

As we arrived late, we stayed in one of the hidden rooms.

They don't take care of the condition of their rooms

We booked two rooms. One room was not bad but very tired. The second room was not cleaned. The sheets were dirty. They were not stains from a bad wash, but it felt like dirty feet had been wiped on the sheets. I don't understand how anyone could rent a room like that! The shower was running off in all directions. It was impossible to bathe. The staff replaced the linens and promised to fix the shower. But nothing happened, the problem was not fixed. After two days we moved out. In such a state it is even forbidden to show rooms, and you put ladies there!

Position, out of the port crowd.

Room quite small, door really worn that allowed all the noise to enter in the room. The staff was helpful, they allowed us to leave the baggage there after yge checkout but they didn't "manage" the place ( noisy children in the swimminpool at 6:30 am and noisy people in the middle of the night without any staff action). The structure are way worst than in the pictures.

I had a wonderful time here and would happily stay again!

Santorini is a beautifully designed and very cozy place by the beach in Gili Trawangan. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the privacy of my room but also the connection to other travelers via the pool are in the center of the place. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Lovely quiet stay

Loved the little character style cottages over looking the pool.nice and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful.very comfortable and reasonably priced

Location is a bit too far from main strip but its quiet.beach is a walk away but not far

Good value for money, nice place for quiet rest

Nice, quiet, romantic place to stay. Beautiful area, a little bit far away from the center but you can rent a bike and drive there in about 15-20 min, which is very nice. Close to the hotel there are very good restaurants (much better than in the center) and cinema at the beach. You can see amazing sunset there every evening. Rooms are quite nice, it will be good for you if you don't need high standards. Good value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the garden with all of the flowers. The style of little houses and the entrance looks wonderful. The breakfast in the garden was so nice every day. Classic indonesian, but also fruit, toasts, sweets. Tasty and various.

Close to the hotel there are no sunbeds or any seats at the beach and while high tide (which was mostly during the day) there is no beach. We went to the beach at the opposite of the Island. Rooms could be refreshed and small things fixed. They cleaned the room a little bit every day, but it needs deeper cleaning (walls/doors/curtains).
