Great position but pretty old and super-noisy

Great position.

Very noisy - the odd numbers rooms (at least on the 2nd floor) are disrupted by terrible noise of airco engines of the hotel closeby. They should invest in proper window to isolate from noise. No welcoming from the receptionist when we arrived.

It was okay but i wont stay here because of some missing amenities

I like the cleaniness and the staff

Room can have the kettle. To get thw warm water we bad to go to the bar. The cafe has not many options for breakfast. I was expecting atleast some kitchen stuff like kettle and microwave or coffee machine like 4 stars should have.

"None of the bathroom air vent works"

Free 2 water bottles per day per room. Free umbrella and beach chairs rental. Good location. Friendly cleaning staff.

We stayed during Christmas week and air vent in the bathroom didn't work. Asked the front desk, who worked around 00:15am on dec 19th and she said none of the bathroom air vents works, which is interesting as this is a 4 star hotel. We had to suffer using a stuffy bathroom for 7 days while we were there. Really disappointing as air vents are essential to keep the air circulated, remove moisture, odor, and keep us from respiratory illnesses. If this problem got fixed, we would be happy to return.

The location was excellent...

I didn't like the bed at all it was on a platform and the mattress kept sliding down and to the side.... the toilet stool stopped up a few times it was one of the 2stage flush toilet stools ...Some of the staff were very nice...some were ok....
