Fab location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms

Bathroom was slightly cramped but obviously this isnt something the venue can easily change! Still had everything you needed in there. Pillows were very very soft & could do with replacing for comfort.

Nice location and staff friendly.

Proximity to main attractions but not in the middle of the chaos

The hotel light outside not illuminated. The main thing was that the city had to turn off the water one morning. No one from the staff warned us if this. It was turned off from 8am-10am, which isnt bad except that when we woke up at 8:15am we couldnt use the bathroom at all. Since we had plans and couldnt stay until after the water was turned on, we had to find restrooms out in town. Not the hotels fault but apparently the city had posted warnings the day before. Since we dont read or speak German, we did not read the signs. It would have been nice to have been warned from the hotel so that we could have been up and finished getting ready before 8am on that day . Quite inconvenient.
