Great location, stylish hotel with great bar and public spaces. Spacious comfy room

Friendly, helpful staff. Well designed public spaces, great bar area with lots of seating, lovely large room with comfy beds. On the doorstep of Eastlands shopping centre. We also enjoyed a lovely Christmas lunch at Sage.

It was convenient and ok but not as good as last time we stayed here.

location and room is good for money

Main issue was that there is an issue with the plumbing. Preach morning we were woken super early with a high pitched pipe squeal when a neighbour showered. Not how you want to wake when on holidays. Also housekeeping was disappointing as we had to ask each day for things to be replenished.
