Had an exceptionally relaxing and comfortable stay with my kids.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was good and delicious. Though would have preferred more international or western options for buffet.

Bathroom was slightly worn out.

Frequent power failure... Generator takes few minutes to back up Wasnt given the type of room i booked. Poor wifi No aircon, only heater in the room

Exceptional trip to Pahalgam. Great native Kashmiri people, warm and friendly. Spectacular views.

Central, yet away from the rush. The view of surrounding peak is fabulous. The interiors is a bit OTT but the staff more than makes up with hospitality and a great attitude. Food is good. The rooms are comfortable, clean with luxury of a the 4 stars.

All good. The city itself needs cleaning by civic authorities.

Hotel location and quality was awesome. Food was very tasty.

Only one regret that the tariff was very high as compared to the property. Improvement required in displaying name of hotel and lighting outside the hotel.

Breathtaking stay

The location of the hotel is superb. The garden at the back on the bank of the Lidder is superb. Sitting in the garden, with the cool breeze and just looking at the scenic view of the surrounding mountains is an astounding experience. The classic Kashmiri architecture of the hotel is breathtaking. We asked for a room with a view and we got a room with a full length window and a view of the mountainside that was relaxing. The bed was comfortable and made for good sleep. The inclusive breakfast and dinner was sumptuous. The a la carte lunch was delicious. The staff were helpful. Bathrooms were pristine. Bath water was hot.
