Exceptional

Centrally located, 15-20 min walking distance to some of the main attractions. Very helpful staff. Well maintained common areas. Breakfast buffet with decent amount of choices. Nice comfortable room. Clean and modern. In general a hotel of very good quality and service.

Very good! I do recommend this hotel.

Very close to Sagrada family, you can walk easily. Rich breakfast and very good served each day between 8:00-12:00 (very nice) I posted a photo, but they have more, also good coffee( expresso). Be aware that Spanish people eat late during the whole day( we wanted to eat at about 18:30 and all restaurants were closed) they open at 20:00 or 20:30. Clean room, good and comfortable mattresses. They provide one big bottle of water in the first day and also slippers. In bathroom you can find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Also they have late check out until 12:00! Which is pretty amazing! Not to mention that we had an early flight and we checked in at about 11 or 12 , they were very nice because we were tired! Thank you for that! Value-money very good, I would come back again for sure to stau here.

Just maybe the door from the hallway that is opening electrical and if you take the breakfast you can feel the air. But other than this, nothing! They are pretty good! Thank you

The location is good. The breakfast was nice. Lobby and restaurant are nicely decorated. Friendly staff.

We have styed in room no 410, which we did not like at all. You could barely open the door since the bed was standing in the way. So sleeping right next the door is not nice. It also was not very clean. In the bathroom were hair from the previous visitor in the bathtub and on the floor and the carpet looked like it has never been vacumed. The room also was very run down. The door to the bathroom is a glass pan through wich you could hear everything. When complaining and asking for another room of course we could not get one since the hotel was fully booked.

the corridors are very dark and We stayed on the seventh floor and there was deep noise coming from the machine room all night long. They can't do anything about it.

Overall pleasant

Located in good and quiet area, approx. 20min walk from sagrada familia and casa batlo, close to casa mila. Clean.

Most stuffs are warmly welcomed, helpful and professional. Except one guy at reception who appeared weirdly impatient and rude, which rarely encountered when stay in any hotel, especially in Barcelona, during our 10 days stay most people met are very kind and friendly.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Outstanding staff!

Great location. Easy walking distance to Casa Battlo, Segrada Familia, shopping and restaurants. The staff is the main reason for the high rating. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. Felipe was so personable. My husband was ill and helped us connect with a physician for a house call. He inquired how my husband was feeling a few days later. We will never forget his kind nature.
