Very good

Great location with a lot of good places around. Room was nice with a comfortable bed. The hotel also had amazing common area with where decorated nicely.

Room could be cleaner, there where some dusty shelves and shower was clean as it supposed to be. WiFi connection was basically not existent in our room which made using our devices very difficult.

The room was not clean, a lot of dust, the bag in the trash can in the bathroom was not replaced.

Dirty and a bit strange

The location of the hotel is good, close to the water and quite near the center of town, perhaps a 15 minute walk. It's also near the Hotel New York water taxi service. The breakfast was generous and the breakfast staff were friendly.

It's dirty. Really dirty. The hotel is somewhat new but the housekeeping is not up to any sort of standard. The public areas are not clean, none of the carpets on any floor, nor in the lobby, nor in any of the public areas, nor in any of the corridors were clean and no attempt to vacuum clean them during my 5 day stay was made. In addition, the room was just not clean. The carpet was dirty and not vacuum cleaned. The desk area was dirty from the previous occupant and in general the daily service was unlike any hotel service I have had over the years. It seems like a new type of hotel chain but at this price you will be able to get something much better. Apart from the overall lack of cleaning the rooms are a bit special. Many of the rooms have "internal" windows. This means that the room has a window but the window opens up on a corridor or other internal area. Many of the other rooms that do have external windows have small windows.

Superb

Great location. Close to water taxis to get into Rotterdam. Superb breakfast..lots to choose from. Very friendly staff. Parking in garage under hotel.

Housekeeping, room not replenished as it would have been when it was first booked. Gym could have cleaning tools for wiping down post work out, maybe some equipment for the yoga rooms, such as yoga mats! (At the very least.
